Meet Sean Wallaszek

Founder. Problem-solver. Your new right-hand.

As a native Idahoan, I have been surrounded by successful small businesses my whole life. As I grew, they grew around me. We may not exactly have taken the same path, but i know there’s something we both value- independence. That’s why I have made it my goal to be the guy you can turn to when you need something done. When you are stressed out and something big comes across your desk, I want you to be able to take comfort in knowing that Sidekick Systems has your back. We want you to do the work that you want to do. Don’t lose your independence to digital janitorial tasks- let us handle that.

I strive to be able to give small businesses, unions, and freelancers the kind of reliable support that usually only big companies can afford. I’ve worked in IT and been a Director of Client Support for years, solving technical problems, calming chaos, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks- all with a level head and a sense of humor.

Whether it’s setting up email systems, managing websites, or answering client calls so you don’t have to, I’ve probably done it- and I genuinely enjoy helping others succeed.

This business is built around that idea: every business hero needs a Sidekick. Someone dependable in the background making sure everything runs smoothly and you can focus on your business goals.

I currently work full-time as IT/Client Support Director and run Sidekick Systems as a passion project with big potential. My goal is to grow it into a trusted team, but for now, when you reach out- you’re working directly with me.
